Meditation,
guided imagery and recovery wisdom from a variety of teachers and
traditions will be shared. Dress is casual and comfortable as we do some
light stretching first.
Join us as we find our center and move
into our shared intention of connecting with silence and spirit in a
community of like-hearted individuals. A regular practice of meditation
is undisputed as the most powerful way we can enhance our immune systems
and emotional sobriety.
